Swift Search acts as a bridge between your WordPress site and your Typesense search server.

A. Search Infrastructure

• Content Indexing: The plugin processes your public posts, pages, and products to build a searchable index on your designated Typesense instance.
• Search Queries: User search terms are sent directly to the Typesense API to retrieve real-time results.
• Analytics: Aggregated data on search trends (like popular queries or queries without results) is stored to help you improve your site's discoverability.

B. Licensing & Updates

We use the Freemius SDK to manage licenses and provide secure updates. This may collect basic site information (URL, WP version) for subscription management.

Third-Party Services

Data stored on Typesense Cloud is subject to their own privacy policies. If you self-host Typesense, you maintain 100% control over all searchable data and logs.

Security Commitment

We do not store your API keys on our servers. All credentials and configuration settings are stored securely within your own WordPress database. We strongly recommend using the "Search-Only" API key for frontend requests.
