Overview
SwiftSearch Cloud Sync is a premium serverless indexing queue addon. It offloads large catalog imports (WooCommerce and Custom Post types) from your WordPress server to a high-performance worker queue, resolving memory exhaustion, firewall limits, and server timeout blocks.
Bypass Timeouts

1. Installation
Download zip
Download the swiftsearch-cloud-sync.zip file delivered to your purchase email receipt.
Upload to WordPress
In your WordPress panel, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, select the zip, and install.
Activate
Click Activate to initialize the Cloud Sync dashboard sub-menu under SwiftSearch settings.
2. Configuration & Initialization
Setting up the cloud sync requires no complex manual routing or URL parameters.
- Go to SwiftSearch > Cloud Sync in your WordPress dashboard.
- Paste your License Key into the licensing interface.
- Click Initialize Cloud Sync.
The addon will automatically establish a secure link with the deployment node and schedule background data serialization.
3. Data Security & Connection Safety
To guarantee the privacy and safety of your catalog assets:
- In-Memory Processing: SwiftSearch Cloud Sync does not store your product catalog or WooCommerce database content. All records are processed securely in memory and streamed directly to your Typesense database.
- Secure HMAC Communication: Connections between your WordPress site and the serverless sync queue are validated using cryptographically signed HMAC signatures. Only authorized requests from your site can trigger indexing.
4. Troubleshooting & FAQ
Can I reuse the same license key?
Each sync/migration license key is designed for a single full-catalog index session. Once the sync has finished indexing your catalog, the session closes. If you make substantial catalog updates in the future and need to run another complete re-index, a new sync license can be acquired.
Can I use this for custom post types?
Yes. In addition to WooCommerce products, all custom post types and custom fields registered in SwiftSearch are supported and indexed seamlessly.
How can I verify the status of the sync?
Your WordPress dashboard will display a live progress status bar once the sync begins. You can also view the sync stats from the Typesense dashboard.
