By downloading, installing, configuring, or using the SwiftSearch for Algolia plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the plugin.

SwiftSearch for Algolia is free and open-source software licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2 or later. You are free to inspect, modify, fork, and distribute the plugin in compliance with the provisions of the GPLv2 license.

3. Algolia Services & Usage Limits

SwiftSearch for Algolia is an independent integration plugin developed by Loopstates. You acknowledge that Algolia is a third-party service provided by Algolia Inc. You must maintain an active Algolia account and comply with Algolia's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and API quota limitations. Any costs, subscription charges, or overages incurred on your Algolia account are solely your responsibility.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Loopstates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the plugin, including but not limited to loss of profits, search downtime, indexing discrepancies, or data loss.
