Convertix Pro is hosted 100% natively within your own HubSpot portal and delivered through HubSpot's enterprise Content Delivery Network (CDN). Loopstates does not host your assets, does not intercept your web traffic, and has no access to your customer records or leads.

The theme contains zero third-party tracking pixels, telemetry scripts, or external behavioral trackers. All analytics and visitor metrics are governed solely by the tracking tools (e.g. HubSpot Analytics, Google Tag Manager) that you deliberately install on your website.

To provide a seamless experience, client-side preferences (such as selected currency in the switcher and active items in the cart inquiry builder) are stored locally on the user's browser using standard localStorage. This data remains on the user's device and is never uploaded to external servers.

When a visitor submits a quote request, contact form, or newsletter signup on your website, that information transmits directly and securely to your HubSpot CRM via HubSpot's encrypted Forms API. Loopstates never receives, stores, or sees this data.

If you submit an inquiry to Loopstates for technical assistance or custom module development, the contact information you provide is used solely to respond to your request. We never sell or share customer contact information.
